WebShameful customer service and lack of ownership on Howden’s behalf. It would not of hurt them to give me an extra £50 off a new appliance as a good will gesture. I will raise my case with the ombudsman as this poor level of service can’t be allowed to continue. My advice, buy your kitchen appliances from someone else other than Howdens.
