If both models are depcompiled and in Blender you may be able to use some sort of rotation constraint, (I would do this on a duplicated armatures to see if it works). WebOtherwise the easiest way to merge meshes to use the same armature is in blender. Import one over the other so that they are overlayed, join the two armatures, and then merge the weights of one to the other.
